Whole wheat salt Bread -12 slices (cut them into small cubes)
Chopped vegetables like Onion, Capsicum, Cabbage, Spring onion(Optional), Green chillies and Tomato
Oil – 1 Tbspoon
Heat the oil in the kadai. Add Onion, capsicum,cabbage and spring onion and fry for two minutes. Add Tomato. Add little salt just enough for vegetables since bread already has salt. Finally add the bread pieces and mix well with vegetables. To get extra flavour chilly flakes can be added. Garnish with coriander leaves.
