Spread dosa batter in Clover leaf shape on tawa and use finely grated or chopped vegetables like onion, capsicum, corianders, carrot as toppings. Then sprinkle dosa milagai podi and oil. Allow to get cooked in medium flame. Then turn the dosa carefully and serve after both sides are cooked finely.
