Cooking time: 25 mins
Serves:4

Ingredients for making No Fry Crispy Veg Balls:

Whole wheat Bread 5 slices
Boiled Potatoes 2
Grated carrot, cabbage and cauli flower 1 cup together
Finely chopped beans 2 table spoons
Red chilli powder 1/2 tea spoon
Turmeric powder 1/4 tea spoon
Coriander seed powder 1 tea spoon and Cumin seed powder 1/4 tea spoon
Oil 3 tea spoons
Coriander leaves
Cumin seeds / jeeragam 1/2 tea spoon

How to make No Fry Crispy Veg Balls?

In a pan heat oil. Splutter the cumin seeds.
Fry the grated veggies with required salt and all the powders  in medium flame for 5 minutes.
Add boiled and mashed potatoes and mix well.

After the stuff cools down roughly make pieces of the bread and add to the vegetable mix with chopped coriander leaves.
Mix them well with hand to get a stiff dough like consistency.

Make lemon size balls of it and keep aside.
Heat Appe pan / Kuzhi paniyaram kadai and grease it with oil.
Place the balls in the crater.
Roll them around then and there for every two minutes so that all the sides gets fried well to golden colour.

Transfer them to a plate.
Repeat for the rest of the stuff too.

Serve hot.
