Gothumai Rawa Upma / Cracked Wheat Upma

Upma is one of the most common and the easiest breakfast of South India. It is made with sooji, vermicelli, bread, wheat rawa etc., Traditionally upma is made without adding any onions and veggies.  Yet it is very delicious with the flavour of green chillies, ginger, curry leaves and asafoetida. Chidambaram Kathirikai / Brinjal Gothsu
