Cold Fighting Tea
1 part Turmeric Root (dry powder or fresh root)
1 part Ginger Root (fresh preferred)
Lemon
Raw Local Honey
Chop ginger into little cubes/slices
and boil the ginger (and Turmeric if it’s a fresh root) in water for 10
mins. Strain into a cup. Add a teaspoon of dried powdered turmeric and fresh squeezed lemon and honey to taste. Drink as
