Ribbon Pakoda (Crispy Ribbons)
Ribbon Pakoda is a Crispy and Tasty Snack that is made during Diwali festival. This thin crispy snack melts in mouth and gives a wonderful taste. Usually I make this with processed rice flour and this time tried with store bought rice flour with a simple twist. It came out really well and turned out very easy. We call it in different names as Ribbon murrukku, Ribbon pakoda or Nada. Though it is a prominent savoury snack of festival season we also make this often and store in boxes to have as evening snacks...
