Gothumai Rawa Upma / Cracked Wheat Upma
Upma is one of the most common and the easiest breakfast of South India. It is made with sooji, vermicelli, bread, wheat rawa etc., Traditionally upma is made without adding any onions and veggies. Sambha Sadham is an age old traditional recipe of Tamil Nadu, which is also offered as Prasad in Chidambaram Nataraja Temple. It is a simple, healthy and delicious rice.
