Crunchy Cabbage Fry

Ingredients for making Crunchy Cabbage Fry:


Thinly chopped cabbage into long pieces

Slitted green chillies 2

Saunf (Fennel seeds) 1 tea spoon

Curry leaves

Turmeric powder 1/2 tea spoon

Red chilli powder 1/2 tea spoon

Garam masala powder 1/2 tea spoon

Salt to taste

Corn flour and Besan flour 1 tb spoon

Oil 2 tb spoons


How to make Crunchy Cabbage Fry?


 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Heat a wok with the oil. Saute it with the fennel seeds. After it splutters add the salt, turmeric powder, chilli powder and green chillies. Then add the chopped cabbage. Mix them together well.

 


 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Fry the cabbage till it gets half boiled stirring then and there. Don't close the pan with the lid and don't add water. Now add the cornflour and the besan flour and stir well. Fry till the cabbage becomes well roasted. Don't cook it till it becomes very soft. It must be roasted and crunchy.
