Crispy Instant Wheat Flour Dosa


No soaking, No grinding, No fermenting , No complicating procedure,  But still you get crispy, healthy  and tasty Netted Dosa. Temper with spices and add onions to make it tastier and kids favourite too...

  • Serves: 3

Ingredients for making Crispy Instant Wheat Dosa:

  • Whole wheat flour 2 cups
  • Rice flour 3 tea spoons cups
  • Finely chopped onions 2 tb spoons
  • Mild sour curd 1 small cup
  • Finely chopped curry leaves and coriander leaves
  • Salt to taste & Oil for tempering and making dosa

How to make Crispy Instant Wheat Dosa?

Mix both flour well with salt and add water to make it to pouring consistency. 
Must be thinner than regular dosa batter. Add chopped onions, curry leaves and coriander leaves.
Add the curd too.
Pour required water, mix well and bring to milk shake, pouring consistency.
Heat a non stick dosa tawa and grease with little oil.
Take a ladle full of batter and pour it around the tawa in a circular direction starting from the outer edge.





If needed take some more batter and fill up the gaps.
Drizzle few drops of water around it and wait for it to get cooked for a minute.
Flip off to the other side and cook. When both the sides become brown and crispy it is ready.
