A dosa made with rice and jaggery that tastes extremely delicious with the flavour of cardamom, banana and ghee. A very different dosa that can be made as a break from from regular breakfast menu or it could also be served to kids as after school tiffin.

Ingredients for making Banana Dosa:
- Raw rice 250 gms ( 2 cups)
- Ripened bananas 3 (Peel the skin and slice them to pieces)
- Jaggery powder 3 table spoons
- Salt a pinch
- Green cardamom 3
- Shredded coconut 2 table spoons
- Ghee 3 tea spoons
How to make Banana Dosa?
Wash the rice well and soak it in water for 90 minutes.
Take the water out and put it in to the blender jar.
Add all the above mentioned items into the jar except the ghee.
Grind them to smooth paste.
Bring it to dosa batter consistency.
Heat a dosa tawa and grease it with half tea spoon of ghee.
Make as regular dosas and cook on both sides and serve hot.
