A traditional and Easy to Make Sweet Dosa from Wheat flour.. My mom often used to make this as school return evening tiffin. The soft and spongy dosa with aroma of ghee, jagerry and the small bites of coconut gives an exotic taste. This healthy dosa can also be given as snacks to kids to have during break time....

Ingredients for making Wheat Sweet Dosa:
- Whole wheat flour 2 cups
- Raw rice flour 1/2 cup
- Mashed ripened Banana 1
- Powdered jagerry 1 and 1/2 cup
- Cardamom powder 1/2 tea spoon
- Grated coconut 2 tb spoons
- A pinch of Baking Soda or Baking powder (Optional)
- Ghee or Oil
How to make Wheat Sweet Dosa?
In 2 cups of warm water dissolve the powdered jagerry and filter it to remove the dirts.
Add the jagerry water, cardamom powder, grated coconut, mashed banana, Baking powder to the wheat and rice flour and mix well.
Add water to bring it to dosa batter consistency.
Heat a dosa tawa and make small dosas , smear few drops of oil or ghee ghee around and cook on both sides.

Note: Instead of jagerry Palm sugar or Palm jagerry can also be used.
