Mixed Vegetable Chappathis



Does your child complain that its difficult to have chappathis at school during lunch? Do you find it difficult to make a side dish in the morning hectic schedule? Try this one…




Ingredients
Chapathis or Rotis  6 or 7
Chopped vegetables: Onion,Tomato,  Capsicum, Cabbage, Carrot, Beans.
Tomato sauce 1 tb spoon, Green chilli sauce ½ tb spoon and Soya sauce 1 tea spoon
Green chillies 2
Garam masala powder 1 tea spoon

Method:
Roll the chapathis and cut them into pieces with a scissor. Then heat 2 tb spoon oil in a kadai. Add 1 tea spoon cumin seeds. Then add onion, green chillies and other vegetables one by one. Fry them in medium flame for 5 minutes. Then add all the sauces and required salt. Finally add the chappathy pieces and mix well. Keep the stove in low flame for 5 to 10 minutes. Nice aroma will come out and the Mixed Veg Chappathi is ready to eat.

  1. Madam my late Mother used to make Kurukku Kalan a variety of Mor Kuzhambu.It used to last long & can be diluted when used. Can you give recipe?
