Raw Papaya Stir Fry



An exceptional and powerful vegetable full of essential nutrients and enzymes. Make this regular like other vegetables and enjoy healthy life....



Peel the skin of papaya, remove the seeds and grate it in a scraper and keep aside.


 

Take two table spoons of coconut, 1 tea spoon cumin  seeds, 2 small onions (Shallots), a green chilly and a red chilly. Grind them with out water in the mixie and keep aside.

 

 

Then heat the kadai with 3 tea spoons of oil. Add mustard seeds  and black gram. 

 

After the mustard seeds splutter and black gram becomes brown add curry leaves and require salt in to it and then the grated vegetable. 


 

Fry well for a minutes and close it with the lid and cook in low flame for 5 to 10 minutes. Then take off the lid and add the coconut mix and stir well . Now it is ready to serve.

 



Note: Instead of scraping papaya can also be cut into small pieces and done in the same way by adding some boiled moong dhal.
