Heat a pan and dry roast the rava in medium flame till nice aroma comes. Don't wait till the colour changes.

Meanwhile fry the dry fruits and cashews in 2 tea spoons of ghee and keep aside.
In a mixie jar add the sugar and powder it.
Transfer it to a bowl.
Transfer the roasted rava to the mixer jar and give few turns. Don't powder it finely. Powder it to a coarse stuff.
Now put the powdered sugar, rawa, cardamom powder and fried nuts in to a broad vessel and mix well with a ladle.
Heat the remaining ghee in a pan till smoke starts to come.
Pour the ghee on the stuff in the vessel.
With a ladle stir well the stuff with the ghee fastly.
Grease your palms and make small lemon size ladoos.
If you feel it difficult to make rounds can add 1 or 2 tb spoons of milk and make the balls.
The yummy balls are ready now.
Note:If you add milk while making the balls, then refrigerate it and use. Otherwise can be kept out. Generally these sweets without milk  have 10 to 15 days of  shelf life.
