Mixed Veg Pasta in Creamy White Sauce

A rich and delicious pasta with fresh veggies and mild spices tossed in creamy white sauce  is very easy to make. Here is the simplest recipe for making this tasty pasta where you need not make the white sauce separately....

Ingredients for making Mixed Veg Pasta in Creamy White Sauce :


Pasta 250 gms pack 1
Butter 100 gms
White pepper powder 1 tea spoon
Chilli flakes 1/2 tea spoon
Mixed veggies like green peas, peeled and diced potatoes, Cauli flower florets, beans 1 cup
Finely chopped garlic pods 2 tea spoons
Thinly sliced capsicum 2tb spoons
Sliced Onions 2 tb spoons
Salt to taste
All purpose flour 3 tb spoons
Milk 300 ml



How to make Mixed Veg Pasta in Creamy White Sauce?


Boil generous amount of water in a vessel. Once it starts boiling well add 2 tea spoons of oil to it and transfer the pastas in the pack to the boiled water. Allow them to boil till the pastas become soft. Transfer them to a strainer and remove the excess water. Keep aside.









Except onions and capsicum boil all other veggies in a steamer till they are cooked but not over boiled with little salt and keep aside.

Now heat a broad pan with the butter. Add two pieces of crushed cloves and cinnamon, chopped garlic and fry well.

Now add the chopped onions and capsicums.Fry for a minute. 

Let them stay crunchy.Add the boiled veggies and pepper powder. Stir well.










Now put the all purpose flour to the pan and mix well with the veggies and butter.

Pour the milk in to the pan and keep stirring.

In few seconds you can notice the rich creamy sauce forming in the pan.

Add the boiled Pastas to the pan and mix well. Sprinkle some coriander leaves and chilli flakes.









Serve hot.
The delicious, yummy pasta is ready now.
