Ingredients for making Bitter gourd Fry:
- Bitter gourds 250 gms
- Besan flour 2 tb spoons
- Rice flour 1 tb spoons
- Corn flour 1 tb spoons
- Salt to taste
- Turmeric powder 1/4 tea spoon
- Red chilli powder 1 and 1/2 tea spoons
- Garlic ginger paste 1 tea spoon (Optional)
- Thick tamarind juice extracted from a gooseberry size tamarind 75 ml
- Oil for frying
Method for making Bitter gourd fry:Wash the vegetable and chop them to thin rounds.
Place them in a broad bowl or pan and add all the above mentioned items to them except oil.
Let them to marinate for 20 minutes.
