How to make Gooseberry Drink /Amla Juice?
- This recipe yields the juice for four servings..
- In a blended jar add washed and deseeded gooseberries 10, lemon extract from 2 lemons, an inch size peeled ginger, Brown sugar or palm jagerry 4 table spoons, two tea spoons honey and four cups cold water.
- Run the blender for 10 seconds thrice at intervals.
- Run the mixture through a strainer and filter the juice.
- Add required water.
- Serve the chill, refreshing energy juice..
