Egg less Choco chip Cookies with Whole wheat flour

Ingredients for making Egg less Choco chip Cookies with Whole wheat flour:

  • Whole Wheat Flour 1 cup (heaped) 
  • Coco powder 1 table spoon
  • Butter 75 gms (1/2 cup)
  • A pinch of salt
  • Vanilla essence 1/4 tea spoon
  • Brown Sugar 1/2 cup
  • Choco chips 3 table spoons
  • Baking Powder 1/2 tea spoon
  • Milk 2 or 3 table spoons

How to make Egg less Choco chip Cookies with Whole wheat flour?

Sieve wheat flour, salt, coco powder, baking powder together and place them in a wide bowl.
Whip the butter with a whipper nicely till it becomes fluffy.
Add the brown sugar to the whipped butter and again whip for a minute.
Now add the whipped stuff, vanilla essence to the dry contents in the bowl.
Mix well to get a roti dough consistency.
Add the choco chips too and if needed add milk to bring the dough to the roti dough consistency.
Preheat the Microwave Oven at 180 degrees for 5 minutes.

Meanwhile make small balls from the dough and gently press them to make small disc shaped cookies.
Place them on a greased baking tray and microwave for 12 to 15 minutes.
Note:If you feel the dough is sticky, then refrigerate it for an hour, grease your palm and shape the cookies to get perfect result.
