I came to know about this Vellirikkai Dosa through a guest who visited us recently from Mangalore. She was telling about varieties of Dosa they make out of different veggies. One among them is Vellirikkai / Cucumber dosa. Since I had the Cucumber in hand the very next day I tried this Cucumber dosa. It came out very well and I was so happy that I learnt a new and tasty recipe which is also very easy. Cucumber Dosa doesnot need fermentation and can be made very easily without any flaw.
