This fibre rich biscuits keeps you healthy and brisk. They are also stomach filling and can be enjoyed in Tea time.
Oats 3 cups, Whole Wheat flour or Ragi flour 1 cup, powdered jaggery or sugar 1cup, 1 cup
minced dates, butter or refined oil 2 table spoons.
Sieve the wheat flour and mix all the ingredients together. Add little milk to bring it in to a consistency to make them into balls. Keep the ball on the palm and flatten it slightly by pressing it. Arrange them on the greased baking sheet. Pre heat the oven for ten minutes and then microwave the biscuits for ten minutes. Then turn the biscuits to the other side and microwave for 8 more minutes. Take them out from the oven and allow them to cool. Store them in airtight containers. (Adding cocoa powder and nuts are optional)
