beneficial for individuals with low hemoglobin levels...
Ingredients:
Ragi
vermicelli 3 cups
Chopped
onions, capsicum, tomato, green chillies, cabbage, carrot and beans.
Oil 2 table spoons
Method:
Soak
the vermicelli in water for 3 to 5 minutes. Then drain the water completely.
Steam the drained vermicelli in greased Idly plates for 15 minutes. Now heat the
kadai with two table spoons of oil. Saute with Mustard and Black gram. Add onion and green chillies and fry for a minute. Then add tomato and other vegetables.
Finally add salt and sprinkle some water. Close the lid and wait till the
vegetables get cooked. Finally add the steamed vermicelli and stir well . Serve
it with Chutney or Raitha.
