Tired of soaking rice, dal and grinding to make dosa? Try this wonderful easy to make healthy instant oats dosa..
Oats- 1 cup
Rava - 3/4th cup
Rice flour - 3/4 cup
Butter milk - 1/2 cup
Pepper- 1/2 tspn
Cumin seeds-1/2 tspn
Green chilli- 2
Salt to taste
Ginger- 1 inch piece grated
Curry leaves- few
Hing(asafoetida)- a pinch
Method:
Take a pan and dry Roast oats till it turns slightly brown in colour. Grind it to a smooth powder. To this add rava, rice flour required salt , grated ginger , curd, water and mix well. the consistency has to be thin like rava dosa. To this add pepper , cumin seeds, curry leaves and hing.
Heat tawa and pour the batter like we do for rava dosa. Pour 1 tspn oil and cook on both the sides. Crispy instant oats dosa is ready to be served.
Really this oats dosa is a good alternate to ordinary dosa. Also, it seems easy to prepare. Thanks Madam.
