Tip #35: Delicious Banana Tips

There are many ways to eat Banana. It is consumed as a casual fruit and liked for its taste, texture and fullness. We often get the situation of having lot of ripened bananas at home and compel everybody to have it without wasting. Here are some Smart Samayal Tips to make Bananas a special Fruit...

 

 

In a pan fry 1/2 tea spoon of finely chopped garlic and pepper powder and add slices of bananas. Pour 3 cups of water.Allow them to boil till banana slices become soft. Have its as spicy and sweety banana soup.

 

Add slices of banana in fresh curd with a pinch of salt. Crush a green chilli and a ginger piece in the mixer and add to the curd to enjoy a different Raitha.


Dissolve 3 tablespoons of Jaggery in water and boil.Make it to boil till the jaggery dissolves. Add some pepper powder.Pour it on a bowl of banana pieces and serve as evening snack to your kids.


Take a cup of wheat flour and 2 tablespoons of rice flour. Add 3 table spoons of powdered sugar and a cup of milk to it. Add 2 smashed bananas and a pinch of cardamom powder. Make it as sweet dosas or deep fry them as balls in oil by pouring a table spoon of batter in the oil.


Beat 2 cups of milk, some ice cubes, cocoa powder and 2 bananas in the food processor to have banana chocolate milk shake.

 

Cut the banana into long thin pieces. Heat the tawa. sprinkle ghee. Place the banana strips on them and roast well on both the sides. Sprinkle sugar on the and serve with forks.


Take a cup of thin coconut milk. Boil some banana pieces in it with water. When they become soft add required sugar. When it thicken add a cup of thick coconut milk. Serve warm as dessert with crunchy nuts.


Spread peanut butter on the bread and place banana slices on it. Cover it with another bread and have as banana sandwich.


Add finely chopped bananas in Rice pudding to get a rich kheer.
