Chopped Onions 1 bowl
1. In a mixie jar grind ginger and green chilli and keep aside
2. Heat a Pan with ghee and oil. Saute it with cumin seeds. Add the crushed cloves and Cinnamon. Fry Garlic and then onions till become transparent.
3. Add the ginger, chilli paste and salt and fry for few minutes. Now add the Capsicum and stir for 3 minutes. It should be half boiled and hence don't over cook.Bhojana Recipes 11/01/2014
