Ingredients for making Capsicum and Peanut Chutney:

Green Capsicum Big size 1
Tomatoes 2
Red chillies 2
Green chillies 2
Coriander seeds 1 tea spoon
Urad dal 1 tea spoon
Chana dal 1 tea spoon
Roasted Peanuts 2 tb spoons
Coconut 1 tb spoon
Coriander leaves 1/4 cup
Tamarind half a marble size or Lemon juice 1 tea spoon
Salt to taste
Jagerry a small piece
Oil 3 tea spoons

How to make Capsicum and Peanut Chutney?

Heat a pan with  2 teaspoons of oil. Fry coriander seeds, urad dal, chana dal, red chillies. When they are about to change the colour add the roasted peanuts and keep stirring for 10 more seconds.

Now add the green chillies and capsicum pieces and stir for few seconds. Then add tomatoes and fry for few more seconds. Now add the coconut also and stir for a minute.

After the stuff gets cooled down, add the tamarind  to the fried stuff with salt and grind to chutney consistency. There is no need to add water since tomatoes already have water content. Don the seasoning with mustard seeds and curry leaves in half a teaspoon of oil.

Instead of Tamarind the lemon juice can be added to the chutney after grinding it.
