How to make Mint and Coriander Parathas?

Add oil and salt to the wheat flour and knead to a soft roti dough adding water and keep aside.

Wash the leaves well and add salt, green chillies, cumin seeds, ginger and grind to smooth paste. Add the lemon juice to retain the green colour of the paste.

Take lemon size balls from the dough and roll them to thin rotis of equal size. Spread a teaspoon of green paste on a roti. Place another roti on it and seal the edges by pressing them.

Heat a tawa and cook the roti on both sides in medium flame with ghee or oil to golden brown.
