Veg Corn Pulao

I make this Veg Corn Pulao in a different way from usual pulao varieties. An ideal lunch box recipe for kids. For every type of pulao I try new way of adding the spices. I bet you you will become crazy after this corn pulao once you taste this....

Ingredients for making Veg Corn Pulao:

Boiled Basmathi rice required quantity 

Chopped onions, capsicum and Carrot

Crushed Cinnamon and Cloves 1 tea spoon

Oil and Ghee 3 tea spoons each

Cumin Seeds 1 tea spoon

American sweet corn 1 cup boiled

Ginger an inch pieces

Green chillies 2

Coriander leaves handful

How to make veg Corn Pulao?

Heat a broad pan with oil and ghee.

Saute it with the cumin seeds. Add the onions and fry well.









Now add the capsicum pieces and keep stirring.

Then fry carrot pieces. Now add the boiled corns and required salt.

While the veggies are frying, grind ginger, green chilli and coriander leaves in mixie coarsely without adding water.

Add this mixture to the frying stuff and stir well. Do everything by keeping the flame in medium.










Finally add the boiled rice and  mix gently. Keep the flame to low and close the pan with a lid.

After 3 minutes switch off the stove.








The aromatic and crunchy Veg corn pulao is ready to serve now.
