  • Add 1/4 tea spoon of Ground Cinnamon to Vegetable salad to get a yummy flavour.

  • Mix a tea spoon of caramelized sugar with a teaspoon of Soya sauce and add as the topping for cake or icecream to get a different taste.

  • Freeze fresh coconut milk and use the cubes while making gravies and stew to get rich flavour.

  • For the haters of Cabbage and Radish here is a tip. While making stir fry out of these vegetables add an inch of ginger while boiling these vegetables. It will remove the pungent smell of these veggies and will help you to enjoy the health benefits fully.

  • By adding 2 table spoons of coconut milk to your morning breakfast cereals you get a hint of sweetness and goodness.

  • Add ground pepper to the root vegetables fry instead of red chilli powder to make it easily digestible.

  • Wonderful by themselves, mashed potatoes can provide a creamy base for stuffings and dips.

  • Spread honey on breads to have instant Glucose and energy. Add honey to hot milk during nights to get a wonderful sleep.

  • Dry roast 2 tea spoons of urad dal in a pan to golden brwon and powder it. Add this powder and salt to fresh youghurt and garnish with coriander leaves. Saute it with mustard seeds and green chillies to enjoy an exotic raitha.

  • Oats can be added in soups as thickening agents instead of cornflour.

  • Try mixing up a mug of green tea, lemon, cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves.

  • Add crushed curry leaves and hing in buttermilk to get extra rich taste. 

  • Add just hlaf pinch of nutmeg powder in Sweets to get wonderful flavour.

  • While making gravies add some pieces of carrot with onion, garlic, tomato,few cashews  and ginger and fry well. Then make a paste of it to get a colourful and thick gravy.
