Instant Doodh Peda





Make any Festive occasion or celebration special by making this simple and delicious  classic Indian milk sweet prepared instantly with milkmaid...

 


Ingredients:

Milkmaid - 1 tin (400 g)

Milk powder - 2 cups

Butter     -     6 tbspns

Elaichi powder - 1 tspn

Nuts- Cashews or pistachios for decoration


Method:


In a pan melt butter. Add milkmaid , milk powder, elaichi powder and mix till there are no lumps. Stir in medium flame till the mixture thickens and rolls like a ball without sticking to the pan. Switch off and allow the mixture to cool. Grease your palms with ghee. Make lemon size balls and flatten them slightly. You can also use shape cutters to make desired shapes. Decorate with your choice of nuts. Instant doodh peda is ready.
