Gothumai Rawa Upma / Cracked Wheat Upma

Upma is one of the most common and the easiest breakfast of South India. It is made with sooji, vermicelli, bread, wheat rawa etc., Traditionally upma is made without adding any onions and veggies.  Yet it is very delicious with the flavour of green chillies, ginger, curry leaves and asafoetida. Sambha Sadham (Pepper Jeera Rice)

Chidambaram Kathirikai / Brinjal Gothsu

As Tirunelveli is for halwa, Manaparai for murukku, Madurai for jiggirthanda,  Chidambaram's Kathirikkai / Brinjal Gothsu is very famous and tasty. Usually we make Gothsu in a gravy form.
