Poha Pepper Fry (Milagu Aval)

 

A simple, light, healthy  and easy to make tiffin or snack. We make it especially on Vrat days. No onion and garlic. Since pepper is used easily digestible also....


How to make Poha Pepper Fry:

 




 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Take required quantity of Poha and wash it and drain the water immediately and keep it aside.


Keep the following things ready:

 

Mustard seeds, urad dal, hing powder, curry leaves, Pepper and cumin seed crushed coarsely, salt, roasted peanuts.


Heat a pan with a tea spoon of ghee and two tea spoons of oil. Saute it with mustard seeds, urad dal and hing powder.


After they splutter, add curry leaves, salt and pepper cumin seed powder and fry well. 


Now add the well drained poha and roasted peanuts and mix gently.


The Poha pepper fry is ready now to eat...
