Make tasty, brownie and hot kuzhipaniyarams with the regular dosa or idli batter by adding some Poha (Aval).
Ingredients
Dosa or Idly
batter 4 cups
Poha 2 cups
Chopped onion,
green chillies, grated carrot and coriander
leaves.
Method:
Wash the Poha neatly and grind it with little water into fine paste and add it with the idly batter. Then In a kadai add 2 tb spoon of oil and add mustard seeds and black gram. After they splutter add the vegetables, little salt and fry for a minute. After 10 minutes add them to the batter with coriander leaves. Now the batter is ready to make the kuzhi paniyaram. Serve hot paniyarams with chutney.
Take Grated
coconut 3 tb spoon, shallots 4, onion 1, tomatoes 2, garlic pearls 4, roasted
gram 2 tbspoon, 2 red chillies, 2 green chillies and required salt. Grind
them all together with water. Then in a kadai heat 2 tb spoon of gingelly oil
and add mustard seeds. After they splutter add it to the chutney in the way
that the oil spreads over the chutney. Mix well.
