Brown Bread Oothappam / Bread Veg dosa

After trying this vegetable Oothappam with brown bread, I started buying brown bread exclusively for making this breakfast. Very easy to make and the matter is, it does not become dry even if carry this to office in lunch box. Kids love to have this even with tomato sauce. No need for any fermentation also. Ingredients for making Bread Oothappam:

Brown / Wheat Bread Slices 6
Sooji / Semolina / Rawa 1 cup
Rice flour 1 cup
Curd 1 cup
Finely chopped onions and Grated carrot from 1 each
Finely chopped coriander leaves
Pepper powder 1 tea spoon mixed with a pinch of salt
Salt to taste
Oil  for making Oothappam

How to make  Bread Oothappam?

In a blender powder the bread slices and add the flours, salt and curd with it.
Pour necessary water and bring it to dosa batter consistency.
Allow it to rest for 30 minutes.

In a bowl mix the grated veggies, salt and pepper powder and keep ready.
Then heat a dosa tawa and grease it with half teaspoon of oil.
Pour 1 ladle of batter on it and spread it to a dosa.
Garnish the vegetable mixture on it and sprinkle some oil.

After a minute flip off gently to the next side and wait for two minutes.
Now the Dosa is cooked on both sides.
Serve it hot with chutney or sauce.
