Mangai / Raw mango Chutney

Recipe for making Raw Mango Chutney:

Take a normal size Raw mango..
Remove the skin and the seed.
Take half of the mango and cut them in to pieces.
Add 1 cup grated coconut, 4 green chillies, a small piece of ginger, salt and 1/4 tea spoon of Hing powder to it.
Grind them together to coarse paste adding some water.
Do the seasoning with mustard seeds in a tea spoon of oil.
The mouth watering side dish is ready.
