Ingredients for making Rava Uthappam:
Rava / sooji / Semolina 3 cups
Rice four 3 tea spoons
Whole Wheat flour or Maize flour or Besan flour 3 tea spoons
Curd with very mild sourness 100 ml
Oil for making Dosa
For toppings:
Finely chopped onions, tomatoes, coriander leaves, grated carrots, cabbage shreds and a tea spoon of finely chopped green chillies. Mix them all well and keep aside.
