Ingredients for making Instant Besan flour Dosa:
- Besan flour / Kadalai maavu / Chickpeaflour 2 cups
 - Rice flour 1/2 cup
 - Green chillies 2
 - Curd 1 cup
 - Ginger an inch size piece
 - Roasted Cumin powder 1/2 tea spoon
 - Salt to taste
 - Oil for making dosa
 
How to make Instant Besan flour Dosa?
- Grind green chillies and ginger to paste.
 - Mix all the ingredients except oil together and add water.
 - Mix well and bring in to thick milkshake consistency.
 - Heat a dosa tawa and grease it with few drops of oil.
 - Once the tawa gets heated well keep the flame to medium.
 - Pour a ladle full of batter on the tawa and spread around .
 - Smear few drops of oil.
 - After two minutes flip off to next side and cook for 2 more minute.
 - Dosa is ready now.
