How to make Tofu and Sweet Corn Paratha?
Boil the sweet corn kernels and make them to a very coarse stuff by giving a turn in the blender or mixer. Heat a pan with oil. Add chopped onions, chillies, ginger and fry for a minute. Then add garam masala powder, cumin powder, salt and red chilli powder and mix well. Now add the corn stuff and the grated tofu and mix well. Add kasoori methi leaves. Now the stuff is ready.
Take lemon size balls from dough and roll them with a roll pin to palm size circle. Place a tb spoon of the stuff in the centre and bring the edges to the centre and seal it. Again dusting the dry flour make rotis of normal size. Heat a tawa and cook them on both sides with oil or ghee. Enjoy the parathas with butter or pickle or curd of your choice...
