Oil 1 tb spoon
Mix the above three items well in a bowl and add water little by little and make a soft Chapathi dough and close it with a damp cloth and keep aside.

For stuffing:

Paneer (Cottage cheese) 250 gms (grated or crumbled)
Capsicum 1 or two finely chopped
Finely chopped green chillies 2 tea spoons
Chopped Coriander leaves 2 tb spoons
Coriander powder 2 tea spoons
Cumin seed powder 1 tea spoon
Amchur powder (Dry mango powder) 1 tea spoon
Garam masala powder 1/2 tea spoon
Red chilli powder 1 tea spoon
Kasoori methi leaves 2 tb spoons
Salt to taste
Oil 1 tb spoon

How to make Paneer Capsicum Paratha?

Heat a pan with oil Add green chillies and capsicum and fry for 30 seconds. Now add all the powders and salt mentioned under stuffing and stir well. Now add the grated paneer and chopped coriander leaves and mix well in medium flame. See to it that there is no moisture in the paneer and all drained well after stirring.

Finally crush the kasoori methi leaves with hand and add to the stuff. Now the stuffing is ready.

Make large lemon size balls from the dough and roll a small roti of 4 or 5 inch diameter. Place 2 tb spoons of stuffing in the centre.

Bring all the edges to the centre and make a pocket. Roll it to a ball and dust with the wheat flour. Again roll them gently to thick chapathis.
Heat a tawa and cook both sides with butter or oil to golden brown. The yummiest Parathas are ready to melt in your mouth now...
