Method:
Add 2 cups of fresh,
cleaned methi leaves, garam masala powder 1 tea spoon, cumin seed powder 1 tea
spoon, chilli powder 2 tea spoons and required salt to the whole wheat Atta and
mix well with hand. Then add water and knead to a soft dough. If needed can add
a table spoon of oil or ghee. Then make chappathis as usual.
Raitha:
In a mixer
jar put 2 tomatoes, a piece of ginger, salt and 2 green chillies and grind well.
Add the paste to 2 cups of frsh curd and garnish with coriander leaves, serve. The raitha can be made rich by
adding chopped onions and grated carrot.
