Choco Peanut Burfi

Chocolaty, drool worthy easy to make sweet with richness of peanut. My aunt's trademark recipe and comes in handy for small get togethers and functions at home...





 

Ingredients to make Choco Peanut Burfi:


Peanut               - 1 cup (roasted and powdered)

Sugar                -  2 cups

Cocoa powder  -  6 teaspoons

Ghee                 -  4 teaspoons (clarified butter)

Milk                  -  1/4 cup


Method of making Choco Peanut Burfi:


In a deep bottomed pan mix all the ingredients listed and stir on medium heat. Stir till the mixture leaves the sides and rolls like a ball. Transfer it to a greased plate and allow to it to cool down. After it cools down cut into cubes or any desired shape. Easy to make choco peanut burfi is ready.

 

Note: You can reduce the quantity of sugar and add milkmaid instead.
