Crunchy Salad




This simple and easy to make salad is a any time healthy  filling appetizer even loved by children. It can be had as a meal too.



Ingredients for making Crunchy Salad:


Bell peppers -  1 cup

(yellow, green and red)

Cucumber- 1 no.

Grated carrot - 1/4 cup

Tomato- 2 nos

Onion - 1

Lettuce leaves - 1 cup

Eggless diet veg mayonnaise - 3to 4 tbspns

Red chilli sauce -  2 tspn

Mustard sauce - 1tspn

Salt to taste

Pepper powder - 1 tspn



Method  for making Crunchy Salad:


Cut all the vegetables into thin strips as per your desire. 

For the dressing : In a large bowl add mayonnaise , chilli sauce, mustard sauce ,pinch of salt ,pepper and mix well. To this dressing add the chopped vegetables and mix thoroughly. Crunchy salad is ready. It can be served with soup and grilled garlic bread.
