Murungai Keerai Dosai (Drumstick Leaves Dosai)

Ingredients for making Murungaikeerai Dosa:

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Raw rice - 3 cups

Grated coconut or pieces from half coconut

Drumstick Leaves - 1 bowl

Salt to taste


How to make Murungaikeerai Dosa?


 

Soak the raw rice for 3 hours. Wash it well and grind to fine batter with required salt. 


 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

If you have grated coconut add it to the raw rice while grinding. If you use coconut pieces, grind them separately and add to the batter.


Remove the stems and make the leaves ready. Wash them well and cut them into fine pieces with the help of scissor or knife and add to the batter.


 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Heat Dosa Pan or Tawa and grease it with oil. Pour a ladle of batter in circular motion and make dosa. Don't spread it as usual doasa. Cook it on both sides.

 

 


 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The healthy, tasty and crispy dosa is ready. Have it with any chutney of your choice...

The dosa can be made as soon as you grind the batter.
