Wash and finely chop half kilo gram of fresh Green peas and boil it to soft and keep aside.
Crush 4 heads of garlic and keep aside.
Have half cup of finely chopped onions and tomatoes aside.
Heat a pan with 3 tb spoons of oil.
Saute it with half tea spoon of cumin seeds and mustard seeds and fry onions to golden brown.
Then fry crushed garlic and add tomatoes and keep stirring.
Add coriander seed powder, red chilli powder of 1 tea spoon each with required salt and mix well.
Now add the boiled beans and stir well in medium flame for 5 minutes till the beans absorb the flavours of the spices. Just sprinkle a tea spoon of besan flour and mix well.
