How to make Idli Chaat?
Heat a non stick tawa and grease it with oil. Place some 4 to 5 idli pieces on it and wait till they get roasted to brown colour. Flip off the idlis and fry them drizzling some oil. Keep the fried or roasted idlis aside. Heat a pan with 2 tb spoons of oil.
Once the oil gets heated add the tomato puree and all powders and required salt and mix well. Keep stirring in medium flame. When everything gets mixed well, add the roasted idlis to the pan and stir gently. Let the paste coat well on the idlis. Switch off the stove. Add the onions, coriander leaves, peanuts and carrots to it and mix. Garnish with the sev or mixture before serving.
