Aloo Paneer Balls


A perfect snack for your kids to enjoy during vacation. They love to eat this crispy potato Paneer balls with crispy, golden crust. Just serve them these with tomato sauce and see how they enjoy....

Cooking time: 20 mins
Serves: 4


Ingredients for making Aloo Paneer Balls :


Paneer 250 gms
Potatoes pressure cooked to soft 4
Finely chopped onions 2 tb spoons
Finely chopped garlic 2 tea spoons
Corn flour 3 table spoons
salt to taste
Green chilli paste 1 tea spoon (Optional)
Garam masala powder 1/4 tea spoon
Chopped cashews 1 table spoon

Oil for deep frying



How to make Aloo Paneer Balls?


Peel the skin of potatoes and ,mash them well.
Grate the Paneer in a scraper.
Mix all the ingredients together and knead like a dough.
Make balls of desired size and shape.























Heat oil in a pan. Once it is heated well keep the flame to medium.
Drop the balls gently and fry them to golden brown.
Don't keep the flame in high while frying the balls.
