Ingredients for making Sweet and Spicy Corn Mixture:
- Raw Cornflakes 250 gms
- Groundnut 100 gms
- Roasted gram (Pottukadalai) 100 gms
- Poha/Beaten rice 100 gms
- Almonds 100 gms
- Cashews 100gms
- Raisins(Kismis) 100 gms
- Curry leaves 1/2 cup
- Sugar 2 tb spoons
- Mix Red chilli powder and salt in a cup and keep aside
- Oil for deep frying
Method for making Sweet and Spicy Corn Mixture:
Heat the pan with enough oil. Keep a broad vessel at your side.
First fry the corn flakes. Put them in handful quantity since they will become more after getting fried.
Transfer the fried items to the broad vessel after the oil completely drains out.
Then fry roasted grams, Groundnuts, and all other listed items one by one.
Add the salt and chilli powder mix and sugar and mix well
Finally fry the curry leaves too and garnish the mixture.
