How to make Non Sticky Lady's Finger Fry

Ingredients for making Non Sticky Lady's Finger Fry:

  • Lady's Finger 300 gms
  • Oil 3 tb spoons
  • Sour curd 1 ladle
  • Turmeric
  • Red chilli powder or Sambar Powder 1 tea spoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Hing / Asafoetida 1/4 tspn
  • Mustard seeds and Urad dal for seasoning

How to make Non Sticky Lady's Finger Fry?

  • Wash the veggies, wipe them with a towel to dry and cut in to small pieces of 1/2 cm thickness.
  • Heat a pan with oil and do the seasoning.
  • Once they splutter, throw in turmeric, hing and salt in to th oil and give a stir.
  • Add the lady'sfinger and stir.
  • Pour in the curd.Mix.
  • In few mins you can watch the lady's finger pieces becoming in to non sticky.
  • Now keep the flame low and allow the stuff to get fried for 10 more minutes.
  • Switch off and serve the tasty curry.
