Gobi Fry / Gobi 65 is a popular deep fried started served in Restaurants. This restaurant styled Gobi 65 can be made very easily made at home with no compromise in taste.
Immerse the cauliflower in the boiled water for 5 minutes.
Then take out and allow to cool down well.
Remove the stem and make in to florets.
Add all the flour, curd salt, paste and powders and mix well.
Refrigerate for 30 minutes to 1 hour. (don't keep in freezer)
Heat oil in pan
Fry the florets to golden brown in lots, add fried curry leaves and serve with tomato ketchup..

- A Normal Size Cauliflower
- Besan flour 1/2 cup
- Corn flour 1/2 cup
- Curd 2 table spoons
- Ginger garlic paste 2 tea spoons
- Kashmiri chilli powder 1 tea spoons
- Garam masla powder 1/4 tea spoon
- Salt to taste
- Curry leaves
