How to make Dried Spicy Peas Curry for Rice and Roti?
Wash and soak the green peas overnight. Pressure cook with salt and turmeric powder for 3 to 4 whistles and keep aside. In a pan dry roast coriander seeds, saunf, cumin seeds and red chillies till nice aroma comes and keep aside. Add the roasted items after they get cooled down with coconut and garlic and make a coarse of powder of it and keep aside. Heat a pan with oil and saute it with mustard seeds and currt leaves. Fry the onions till they become transparent. Now add the boiled peas and stir well till they become dry with out water. add the grounded powder to it and mix well. The spicy peas curry is ready to serve now.
