How to make Maize Dosa?
Mix 2 cups of Maize flour (Chola Maavu) and 1 1/4 cups of Rice flour in a bowl with required salt and water.
The consistency should be thinner than regular Dosa batter. (Like Rava dosa batter)
Then in a kadai heat two tea spoons of oil and saute it with mustard seeds, urad dal and curry leaves.
Then add finely chopped green chillies, onions and cashews. (anything could be added like grated carrot or cabbage) Fry for 30 seconds and add the stuff to the batter and mix well.
Now heat the Dosa Tawa (Pan), Grease it and with the ladle pour the dosa batter starting from the edges in circular motion. Then move towards the centre and then fill up the bigger gaps.
